PS Transition Program
Transitioning from high school to adulthood can be a blend of excitement and unknown. That is when the Transition Program steps in, to support you during your senior year of high school and first year out of high school.
Your Post-Secondary journey begins when you meet your transition mentor at the end of your junior year!
In your Senior Reflection Meeting, you'll be saying good-bye to your high school mentor and solidifying your goals for the first year after high school graduation with your transition mentor. This marks your official entry into the Summer Search Post-Secondary Transition Program!
You'll have the opportunity to meet regularly with your transition mentor to make sure you're on track for a successful post-secondary future. Make sure to stay engaged with your transition mentor to make the most out of your regular meetings!
